Shea butter and olive oil for stretch marks

I keep reading so many articles and so many forum posts about using shea butter and olive oil for stretch marks, and unfortunately, most of them are just a waste of time and valuable resources and nutrients in my opinion!

I say this because I have tried to use both shea butter and olive oil separately when it comes to my stretch marks, and they didn't give great results, and yes, I even combined them for some few weeks, and they were just a waste of time!

It's because I have been using the wrong recipe, I didn't add one very important ingredient: vitamin E oil!

So, if you would like to use shea butter and olive oil for your stretch marks, you have to start adding vitamin E oil, otherwise, you are just wasting your time and energy.

However, don't shea butter and olive oil contain vitamin E and in large amounts?

The answer is yes, they both contain vitamin E, however, not in large amounts as you may think, in fact, olive oil only contains 14 mg of vitamin E four 100 grams which is really insignificant!

And when it comes to shea butter, I can say that this is just negligible since you are simply going to be using a small amount every day!

The second thing you need to understand is that you don't need that much vitamin E oil, in fact, if you use a lot, you will end up damaging your skin instead of helping it!

So, without further ado, let me share with you my recipe to use shea butter and olive oil for stretch marks, it's very powerful and will give you fantastic results within just a few weeks of use, however, don't expect miraculous results after the first two months, it's because stretch marks are very difficult to get rid of, and in my situation, it took more than six months in order to hide them and make them less visible, however, I really hope that it won't take this long with you, but through persistence and having a strong will power, you will get rid of your stretch marks only using natural ingredients, so, go ahead and use the following recipe:

You will need:

  1. Three large chunks of unrefined and unprocessed shea butter

  2. Five tablespoons of olive oil, quality isn't really important, so, keep your virgin olive oil in the kitchen, and only use cheap olive oil, it's more than enough

  3. Two teaspoons of vitamin E oil, please, don't use more, and if your skin is weak, meaning that you are suffering from acne or other skin problems like psoriasis or , god forbid, eczema, then, only use one teaspoon

And that's it!

Now, using a hand mixer, start fluffing your shea butter and adding your olive oil and vitamin E oil gradually, make sure everything is combined and that you get a fluffy cream at the end.

Now, apply on a daily basis to your stretch marks, only some few teaspoons a day, they are more than enough.
