  • The first fruit for a healthy skin is dates.


Dates are definitely one of the healthiest fruits you can eat on a daily basis, they are very high in calories, in fact, seven dates are going to yield about 100 calories, but don't worry, they are not going to make you fat as they contain lots of essential minerals and fibers for your health, not only that, but they are extremely rich in antioxidants, the same compounds that are going to make your skin look fantastic and very strong.
