How to get glowing skin fast

The first step to get glowing skin fast is to take the necessary supplements!

Every day, I tell people in e-mails, articles, and comments how our bodies are lacking certain nutrients that make our skins look terrible and weak, and the most important in my opinion and from my experience as well are the following:

  • Vitamin B12

  • DHA

  • Vitamin D3

  • Biotin

So, let me show you how to get these amazing nutrients and what dosage to respect.

When it comes to vitamin B12, it's extremely essential for having a glowing skin because it's the one responsible for maintaining your cardiovascular and nervous system in perfect health, and let me tell you that when you feel weak and your blood isn't rich enough with oxygen, then, your skin is going to look weak!

Believe it or not, most people are suffering from vitamin B12 deficiency!

You may think that eating some few eggs a day is more than enough to cover your B12 needs, but it's not, vitamin B12 is not well absorbed by our system, and if you don't use high amounts, your body is never going to get enough!

So, every day, I want you to take at least 1000 micrograms of vitamin B12, or better, weekly, as I do, take 2500 micrograms of vitamin B12, this is very important.

The second nutrient to get is DHA.

DHA is a long chain omega-3 acid that is highly available in fish products, however, since our oceans and rivers are extremely polluted, I don't recommend eating fish to get healthy DHA!

Yes, I am the devil, I know that most people are going to hate me for saying this, but fish is bad for your health!

Just read the following studies:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24089611

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22835984

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12900074

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19490835

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21364465

Indeed, fish is terrible for your health and it's going to do more harm than good, especially if you are a pregnant woman!

So, to get a glowing skin, you have to get DHA from somewhere!

This somewhere is algae, in fact, fish gets its DHA as well from algae, this time, you are going to cut the middle "fish" and get your DHA directly from the source, algae, which is cultivated in clean water away from pollution and toxins.

Every day, you need 200 milligrams of quality algae DHA.

  • Vitamin D3.

It is very important for your immune system, and without it, your skin is going to look pale all the time because your immune function would be very busy fighting off diseases and inflammations that your body isn't going to find enough resources to help your skin look great.

So, on a daily basis, I want you to take 2000 UI of vitamin D3.

  • Now, let's talk about biotin.

Well, if you eat whole wheat and whole grain products, bread and pasta for example, then, don't supplement with biotin, however, if you don't, you have to do it because biotin is very important for your skin as it's going to help protect your skin cells and also get rid of damaged one.

Most importantly, biotin is essential for your health and without it; your body is going to be missing a very valuable nutrient.

So, if you are not eating whole wheat and whole grain products, then, take at least 5000 micrograms a day, although I don't recommend this because biotin that comes from whole foods is much better than the one that comes from supplements.

Now, let's talk about the second step to get glowing skin:

  • Enjoy nuts.

Every day, I want you to either eat one handful of walnuts or one handful of almonds.

These nuts are extremely important, and if you enjoy peanuts, then why not add another handful of these amazing legumes as well, they will help your skin because they will provide essential fatty acids that are really essential for its development and health as well.
