I'm not trying to lie to you and I'm not trying to "win you" into a cause, trust me, I enjoy ground meat, I enjoy ribs, I enjoy barbecue foods from time to time, I'm not 100 percent vegan, I eat meat at least three or four times a year, but that's it, in fact, some few centuries ago, you could eat as much meat and poultry as you want and you would have never experience heart or skin problems as most people do nowadays, but because most of the meat and dairy we consume is filled with toxins and other dangerous elements for our health, we have a lot to lose!

I'm not lying to you here, just look at the scientific data, you will be surprised and shocked, most cancers are related to meat consumption, and let me tell you that cardiovascular problems are going to happen in the first place because of clogged arteries that are primarily due to excess cholesterol in your body!

Yes, I am vegan, and I'm proud of it because I know that I'm helping my health and I'm doing great benefits for my body, most importantly, my skin looks amazing.

So, let me give you a hint of what I eat every single day in order to get amazing and clear skin:

Trust me, being vegan is very satisfying, rewording, and you can eat whatever you want, you just have to stay away from processed foods, meats, dairy and poultry, that's it!

So, when I wake up, I drink one liter of water, then, I have one drop of vitamin D3, 2000 UI, vitamin D3 is extremely important to our health, most importantly, to our skin, and vegan or not, everyone should supplement because most people are deficient!

Then, for breakfast, I have two tablespoons of ground flaxseeds, one handful of walnuts or almonds, and two large bread toasts, whole wheat, with apricot jam, my favorite.

For lunch, I have beans or rice, very delicious and there are thousands of recipes you can follow in order to get amazing and healthy meals.

For dinner, I have fruits or pasta, usually, I have pasta and this may seem like a very rich diet, in fact, it's not, it's only rich in quality carbohydrates and nutrients, but when it comes to calories, you will rarely exceed 1700 a day, which is more than enough to keep you trim and looking like a ferret!

Indeed, this is the best detox diet to follow in order to get clear skin very quickly, I'm not asking you for much, I just want to follow this diet for two weeks, then you can judge the and say that I was lying to you, you will notice huge benefits.

One more thing, drop soda and other carbonated beverages, even alcohols should be left out from this diet, they will influence your skin negatively and cause lots of damages and inflammations.
