Does shea butter clog pores?

Does shea butter clog pores? The answer is yes, using shea butter is going to clog some pores in your skin and face in particular.

Yes, shea butter is a comodogenic substance, in other words, it's going to clog your pores, however, I don't want you to avoid it, in fact, as mentioned in many of my previous posts, most substances used nowadays in the beauty industry and also in homemade recipes are going to clog your pores no matter what you do, and shea butter is no exception!

It's going to have the side effect as well and will definitely increase your acne and white or blackheads dramatically, however, this doesn't mean that shea butter is bad for you, it simply means that shea butter contains fatty acids that are saturated and that are very difficult to get rid of, which means that it can clog your pores a little.

However, this doesn't mean that shea butter is dangerous for your face and skin, in fact, it's very healthy and I cannot advice and recommend you to use it enough, it's fantastic for both getting rid of acne, making your face look amazing, and for also increasing your skin's beauty and glow.

However, if you use shea butter on a daily or even a few times a week, then, you should probably start using a good face mask every week, my favorite is multani mitti.

It's a clay that's very powerful for unclogging pores and it's also extremely important for healing your skin and making it look fantastic while also nourishing it.

Please, if you have a question about shea butter clogging your pores, don't hesitate to post it in the section below, I will be very pleased to help you out:
