How to use green tea for clear skin
In this post, I'm going to show you how to get clear skin using green tea, trust me, it's very easy and the wonderful thing is that it's very different from what you have read in most websites because it's very delicious and will also improve your mood a lot.
The problem with our skin is that it accumulates toxins and damaging elements from our body and from our food all day long, in other words, if you have a terrible nutrition, your skin is going to look lousy!
This is the reason why I would always advise my readers to consume two tablespoons of ground flaxseeds on a daily basis, they are very rich in essential fatty acids, omega3s and omega6s, and are also a wonderful source of fibers, which are very essential to absorbing damaging toxins in your intestines and flushing them out!
This way, you are going to cleanse your body whenever you go to the bathroom, because flaxseeds are probably the healthiest and most important foods you need to eat on a daily basis in order to make your skin very clear and beautiful as well.
With this said, let's talk now about how to use green tea for getting clear skin:
There are two amazing techniques, the first one relies on drinking it on a daily basis, and the second one relies on using it directly, topically, on your skin.
In order to drink green tea for getting clear skin, you shouldn't ruin yourself, in other words, don't try to get expensive brands and qualities, in fact, use supermarket green tea, however, you should know this: the least ingredients a product has, the better for your skin and for your whole body.
I've seen green teas sold nowadays that contain lots of colorants and preservatives, I don't want you to use these, in fact, I don't want you to use anything other than green tea leaves!
And if you can get your green tea in bulk, it would be fantastic.
Although most people prefer drinking many teaspoons a day of green tea, I don't think this is a good idea, because my husband suffered from very damaging and disturbing green tea side effects after drinking it for more than six months in large amounts, I don't want this happening to you, so, lower your intake as much as possible, and to make it very safe for you, don't exceed half a teaspoon a day of quality green tea.
I've seen people taking boiling water and pouring it over green tea leaves, this is not only very damaging, but it can result in some nasty chemical reactions which are going to cause toxins to form in your green tea beverage!
Only use warm water, it's more than enough.
And please, leave your green tea leaves to brew for at least fifteen minutes, even when your beverage is not very warm, it is nevertheless very healthy and helpful for your body because it will have taken all the time to release its amazing nutrients.
One more amazing thing, never use honey or other sweeteners with your green tea, sweeteners in general tend to be pro-inflammatory, in other words, they will cause inflammations in your body and especially in your intestines, so, lower them as much as possible, in fact, I drink my green tea like old Chinese philosophers :-) without sugar and without any sweeteners, just brewing half a teaspoon of green tea leaves and drinking it, it's more than enough.
Green tea contains powerful anti-inflammatory compounds; in fact, it is a wonderful antibacterial and antifungal herb to use on your skin.
So, when you have skin problems, such as pimples and inflammations, even dandruff and fungal problems, grind one teaspoon of green tea leaves and mix them with one teaspoon of water, then, apply this paste onto your skin and cover using a band aid, do this for just two hours and your skin will do the rest, it's because this will disinfect the affected area and help your immune system get rid of skin damages and symptoms very easily.
