Olive oil for stretch marks
In this post, I'm going to show you how to use olive oil for stretch marks, in order to get rid of them and to hide their appearance as much as possible.
When I was young, I thought that olive oil was "healthy"!
However, when I grew up, I started reading about nutrition and I realized that all processed oils are dangerous for our health, of course, this depends largely on the amount you consume, however, most people are dead wrong when they are dealing with olive oil, they think that it's a health food, it's not, it's fat!
When you consume too much, you are going to hurt yourself, no matter what it looks like and what it smells like!
And this is the case as well when dealing with stretch marks, you may believe that using olive oil alone for your stretch marks is going to help you, it's not, it's only going to give your skin brightness and a terrible smell!
I don't want to lie to you, olive oil alone, even if you use it for 100 years, is not going to get rid of stretch marks, this is terrible, I know, but it's the truth!
How do I know this?
Because I have tried it myself!
After giving birth to my two daughters, I realized that I was riddled with stretch marks; they were purplish, huge, and very deep!
When I told my husband about them, he advised me to start using essential oils, so, I began experimenting, and the first one I tried was olive oil, I kept using it for almost 3 months, with absolutely no effect!
Yes, my skin was moisturized and very nice to touch, but my stretch marks were always there!
So, after many trials and errors, I realized that the best oil to use for stretch marks is vitamin E oil, however, because it's a bit expensive and very strong on our skin, I highly recommend that you avoid using it alone, and this is where olive oil is fantastic!!!
It's going to reduce the negative effects of vitamin E oil on your skin, in other words, you are going to avoid harming yourself by mixing vitamin E oil with olive oil and then using this amazing essential oil on a daily basis on your stretch marks, and this is how I was able to reduce my stretch marks, in fact, in my case, I started using argan oil instead of olive oil because it's much more healthy and it's highly absorbable by my skin, and I advise you to do the same, it will help you as well.
So, how to use olive oil for stretch marks?
Here is what you need to do:
Always use a dark glass container, add five tablespoons of olive oil, then, add to them one teaspoon of vitamin E oil, mix everything very well, shake very well, and then, every day, I want you to apply from 1 to 5 drops on each stretch mark you have, this depends on its size, if it's huge, use five drops, if it's small, use only one.
Twice a day!
Within three months, you are going to notice huge improvements and your skin and stretch marks are going to reduce in size dramatically.
