Today, I'm not going to talk about using oolong tea for weight loss, we all know that it works, and if you don't think so, then, go ahead and do a Google search about the subject, you will find most people bragging about how they have lost twenty or even thirty pounds in just a matter of weeks using just oolong tea!
Yes, it does work, but today, we are going to discuss using oolong tea for your skin, whether it's beneficial or not! And if so, how you can use it.
Now, let's talk about oolong tea for your skin for a moment:
The first thing you need to understand is that: any tea is good for your skin!
Yes, this is somehow very obvious, but most people don't know about it!
It's the fact that most teas are very rich in antioxidants that are going to help your skin stay young looking, healthy, and strong, but when it comes to oolong tea, it's not as rich in antioxidants as green tea or even the mighty white tea!
This is the reason why oolong tea cannot be compared in efficiency and strength when it comes to your skin to green tea or even black tea!
From my experience, oolong tea tend to be very weak when it comes to healing symptoms such as acne, wrinkles, and brown spots, whereas black or green tea are very efficient.
Does this mean that you should avoid using oolong tea for your skin?
Absolutely not, it's amazing, however, you should use it the right way, in other words, if you just drink some every day, yes, it's going to help your skin a little, but not a lot, however, if you use it the right way, it's going to works tremendously well for your skin and it's going to improve its texture, health, and resistance to diseases.
Now, here is how you can use oolong tea directly onto your skin:
In a spice grinder, I want you to process one teaspoon of oolong tea leaves until you get a very fine powder, and then, add to it one teaspoon of argan oil and mix everything very well, leave it for fifteen minutes and then apply onto your infected skin areas, this will work very well especially if you are suffering from acne or rash, as the anti-inflammatory compounds found in argan oil and also in abundance in oolong tea are going to directly act on your affected skin area very easily and quickly.
