Is almond oil good for stretch marks?

Is almond oil good for stretch marks? Well, to be honest with you, it's not!

I have to be absolutely honest with you, in fact, I will never lie to you about which natural oil is good for stretch marks because I have used a large number and I know which one will work and which one will not!

When it comes to almond oil, let me tell you that it's very weak, it's certainly very nourishing and helpful for your skin, but when it comes to such a depressing and very damaging skin problems such a stretch marks, it's really helpless!

However, I will share with you a very easy recipe in order to make your almond oil not only fantastically powerful when it comes to stretch marks, but also very helpful for other skin problems like acne and pimples.

However, I don't recommend using almond oil alone for stretch marks, it doesn't contain lots of vitamin E and it’s deprived of many essential fatty acids that are essential for getting rid of stretch marks!

  • So, why is almond oil so weak against stretch marks?

As mentioned before, it doesn't contain a lot of vitamin E, but this is not the real reason, the real reason in my opinion is that almond oil sold nowadays is heavily processed, it doesn't contain lots of antioxidants, even worse, it's not very beneficial when it comes to inflammations, and let alone healing scars in your skin!

Trust me, if you can find organic, unfiltered and unrefined almond oil, then, use is by all means, it will help your stretch marks a lot, but the brands sold nowadays are rarely unrefined and organic, in fact, most of them will contain solvents that were used in the oil extraction process!

Which is why I don't recommend using almond oil for stretch marks, because it has to penetrate deep into your skin in order to stimulate skin cells regeneration and also stimulate collagen production which is going to lower your stretch marks’ appearance.

So, what to do?

If you insist on using almond oil for stretch marks, then, there is a simple solution, you need to "enrich" it!

Yes, I want you to enrich your almond oil, whatever quality you have, with vitamin E oil, it's more than enough to get rid of stretch marks and it will make your skin regenerate itself and hide your stretch marks very rapidly.

This is the recipe you need to follow:

For every five tablespoons of almond oil, you need to add one teaspoon of vitamin E oil.

  • Which vitamin E oil to choose and use?

Well, there are different grades and different qualities, but from my experience, the best vitamin E oil to use with this recipe are the ones that contain 30,000 UI and above, however, don't use the ones that contain higher than 70,000 UI, they will burn your skin!

So, mix all these ingredients together and then using the tip of your finger, every day, apply some few drops directly onto your stretch marks, don't waste this valuable almond oil on your healthy skin, it will do nothing, yes, it will increase blood circulation and it will help with your skins softness and complexion, but it's really meant to help with stretch marks, don't forget to massage gently for at least thirty seconds.
