Benefits of drinking green tea for your skin

In this post, I'm going to share with you the main benefits of drinking green tea for your skin, in other words, what this amazing beverage is going to do for your skin and how it's going to help it improve in health and looks as well.

Well, drinking green tea is not only very beneficial for your skin, but it's also amazingly beneficial for your whole body and in this post, I'm only going to talk about why you need to start drinking it on a daily basis:

  • The first benefit is reducing pimples and acne.

Because green tea contains lots of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds, it's fantastically healthy for your whole body, and by drinking it on a daily basis, you are not only going to increase your immune function, but you are also going to help your intestines and other essential organs detoxify and get rid of as many toxins and bacteria as possible.

Indeed, green tea contains many powerful antibacterial and antifungal properties which are going to cleanse your intestines and avoid the proliferation of certain bacteria that can help the appearance of acne and other pimples in your skin.

You should start drink green tea, however, don't exceed one teabag a day, or you will suffer from accelerated heart rates, which can be a bit dangerous, but if you don't exceed one teabag a day, you have nothing to worry about!

  • The second one is reducing wrinkles and other aging symptoms.

Aging shouldn't happen this quick to most people!

This is the thing I've learned in a recent health seminar I attended, the host was talking about the power of antioxidants and the fact that green tea was a powerhouse of these amazing elements for our body.

By drinking green tea on a daily basis, you are not only helping your skin, but you are also helping your whole body tremendously.

In general, green tea is very rich in antioxidants, the ones that are going to limit aging symptoms dramatically, but also the ones that are going to limit cancer appearance and cancer symptoms in your body.

You have to understand that your skin cells are going to divide on a daily basis, and during this division, some DNA problems are going to occur, well, antioxidants are going to protect your DNA from damages which is extremely important and essential to prevent cancer and other aging symptoms.

Indeed, as mentioned before, drinking one teabag a day of green tea is amazing and is going to help your skin and also your body dramatically.

  • The third one is reducing brown spots!

Although brown spots can be considered as aging symptoms, I would like to talk about them in a different section because they are very easily dealt with using green tea.

Indeed, a doctor friend of mine told me that brown spots can be thought of as rust in our body, it happens because we have lots of oxygen, free radical, in our body, which oxidizes with fats underneath our skin and this causes brown spots in most people.

Well, by drinking green tea on a daily basis, you are not only going to limit their appearance, but you are also going to get rid of them!

Have you ever seen an old Chinese man or woman?

Well, please, check their skin! I'm sure that you are going to find very few brown spots, in fact, even when they are present, they will be extremely reduced in size, and trust me, this is not genetic and it has nothing to do with sunlight exposure or pollution, it has to do with diet, most Chinese drink lots of green the on a daily basis, and you should do the same as well.

  • And the fourth one is getting rid of bacterial and fungal colonies in your skin.

Now, I'm not going to talk about drinking green tea, I'm only going to talk about using it directly onto your skin.

So, whenever you have a skin problem, like acne or pimples, by using one teaspoon of green tea powder mixed with some few drops of water and applied onto your affected skin area directly, you are going to limit bacterial and fungal colonies dramatically which is going to get rid of your skin problem in a matter of days.
