Using white tea for your skin

It's very easy to use white tea for your skin; however, if you don't know what you are doing, you will be wasting a very valuable and somehow pricey product!

I have stopped using white tea for my skin, it's the truth, I don't like it because it's very expensive!

You have to understand that during last year alone, I was using it on a daily basis, and I kept noticing its prices going up every single time I tried to buy it, in fact, even on the internet, it is a very pricey product, I no longer use it because I've read that green tea is also very powerful for my skin and will give me nearly the same results, however, if you have the means, go ahead and start using white tea for your skin, it's very healthy, but if you are a frugal person like me, with a large family and ambitious saving plants, then, you should probably switch to using green tea for your skin.

Anyway, white tea is also very powerful when it comes to your skin; in fact, it's much more beneficial for your skin as it contains large amounts of antioxidants and also large amounts of antifungal and antibacterial properties, in fact, better than the mighty green tea.

Why is that?

Simply because white tea hasn't undergone a fermentation process, a lengthy one, as green tea and other tea varieties.

So, the more fermentation tea leaves are exposed to, the more they are going to lose their bitterness, in other words, antioxidants.

  • Now, what are the benefits of using white tea for your skin?

Simply, white tea is going to get rid of inflammations much more rapidly, it also contains large amount of antibacterial and antifungal properties, which means that your skin is going to be clear of bacteria and funguses much more quickly, in other words, you are not going to suffer from pimples and problems in your skin, such as acne or rash.

And if you are suffering from eczema or other skin problems, like even psoriasis, then, using white tea directly onto your skin is going to help you dramatically.

So, let me show you how to use white tea for your skin:

  • The first thing to do is to drink it.

I still miss white tea because it has a very sweet and nice aromas to it, it doesn't contain lots of bitterness as with green tea, yet, it's much more powerful and healthy because it contains more antioxidants, however, what you should understand is that most people don't know how to use white tea for their health, and more specifically for their skin.

Well, you see them brewing it first of all in boiling water, then, adding two or even four teaspoons of sugar, it's so sweet that it cancels its amazing benefits!

Well, you are drinking white tea, it's much more noble and healthy, and it needs respect when preparing it, yes, I know that I sound like a Chinese philosopher, but it's the truth, green tea or white tea shouldn't be prepared in random ways, or as you wish to, it should be prepared using a straight step-by-step process which will give you all its amazing antioxidants and benefits:

First of all, never use boiling water, only use warm water, to which you are only going to add half a teaspoon of white tea, don't mix using a spoon at first, don't do anything, just let the leaves release their essences slowly, don't do anything, give them at least fifteen minutes, and when you are done, please, don't add sweeteners, just drink it as it is.

If you are unable to do so, then, please drink soda, because you won't like its taste!

Indeed, white tea is very fragile, if you use lots of heat and lots of sweeteners, you are simply going to cancel its beneficial effects for your skin and more importantly for your health.

You should also never exceed half a teaspoon a day and drink it on a daily basis.

  • The second technique is to use it topically.

Now, if you are suffering from skin problems like acne or eczema for example, you should grind one teaspoon of white tea and then mix it with some few drops of water, then simply apply topically and cover using a band aid for three hours.

This technique is fantastic and will help get rid of these problems very fast because white tea contains large amounts of anti-inflammatory compounds that will lower pain and also skin rash dramatically.

Please, if you have a question concerning white tea uses for your skin, don't hesitate to post it in the section below; I will be more than happy to help you out:
