How long does it take for stretch marks to fade?

I keep receiving a lot of questions related to skin health and different skin issues on a weekly basis, and one of the most recurring ones is the time it takes for stretch marks to fade and disappear!

Today, I'm going to answer this question honestly while also giving you the right ingredients you should use daily in order to make them disappear really quickly!

Trust me; it would have been very easy for me to just tell you the exact time your body needs to get rid of stretch marks, but the bad news is that your body will not do it on its own!

In other words, if you have stretch marks, and you do nothing about them, then, they are for life!

If you don't do something in order to get rid of them and to make them disappear, then your body will never do it!

You have to understand that your body is a fantastic energy and resource manager, if you aren't suffering, aren't in pain, everything is working fine, then, your body will not do anything to change things!

This means that even if stretch marks are depressing and annoying to you psychologically, your body won't "move a finger" to get rid of them, they will always stay there unless you do something!

And this "something" is what I'm going to show you in this post, the right way to get rid of stretch marks, and I will also tell you the right time it takes for them to start disappearing using my technique.

So, let me first tell you about the things you should be doing in order to get rid of your stretch marks very rapidly:

  • The first one is to consume nuts on a daily basis.

I know that this advice is going to sound strange to most of you, but it's extremely important because nuts are going to increase collagen production in your body, trust me, it's very important for rebuilding your skin tissue and for also getting rid of stretch marks.

So, the more collagen your body produces, the healthier you will be and the healthier your skin will look as well.

Now, you have to take at least one handful of slightly roasted walnuts or almonds on a daily basis, they are a must, and if you forget to eat them one day, you should double the amount the next day.

Trust me, nuts are never going to make you look fat, they are not going to increase your cholesterol levels and are simply going to give your body amazing nutrients for its development and antioxidants for fighting off dangerous diseases among which are cardiovascular problems and even cancer!

  • Now, the second step you should do is to apply the following oil mixture:

I have spent a very long time developing this oil mixture for women in my beauty salons, they have asked me repeatedly about the best oil or the best products they can use for stretch marks, unfortunately, most products sold nowadays are really harmful because they will either contain petroleum based oils or even worse, mineral oils which tend to be very aggressive on our skins!

Yes, they are going to destroy some of your skin cells in order to rebuild new ones and to make stretch marks disappear, which I don't agree with because this tends to be very aggressive on our health!

My technique only consists of using natural ingredients, except one, and is completely safe if you respect the right amounts.

So, in a dark glass container, preferably with a dropper, add two tablespoons of argan oil, to which you are going to add one teaspoon of vitamin E oil and one teaspoon of castor oil.

Now, every day, apply just a few drops onto your stretch marks and massage very well, and that's it.

So, let's answer the following question: how long does it take for stretch marks to fade?

Well, using this technique, it's going to take at least six months, and sometimes, it can even take up to one year!

I don't want to like you, this is a very time consuming process because your body needs to rebuild your skin cells from the beginning, this will take a very long time and will need your utmost attention, dedication and willpower.

However, it does work and it will give you amazing results.
