How to reduce rosacea redness

Many argue that rosacea redness can be reduced easily, but I really don't think this is the case, I had a friend who had rosacea for a very long time and was able to reduce redness, not only that, but she was also able to reduce most of the symptoms, and today, I'm going to show you what she has done.

  • The first thing you need to understand about reducing rosacea redness is that's you should follow your doctor's prescription.

Most people suffering from rosacea are really careless!

I say this because I know some of them who don't really care about what the doctors are saying, they think that they don't know what they are talking about and that they should not be using prescription drugs to deal with such a "minor" problem!

Even worse, most of them are going to go to the internet, read a "scientific article" and then tell themselves that they don't need any antibiotics, they can deal with rosacea by just applying some "blend of essential oils"!

But this is completely wrong, in order to reduce rosacea redness and symptoms rapidly and healthily, you have to follow your doctor's prescription, and if you are not consulting with a doctor on a monthly basis when it comes to this skin problem, then, you are doing yourself terrible wrong and you should immediately go visit a doctor, he or she alone can prescribe you the right drugs that are able to reduce the symptoms dramatically.

So, if your doctor has prescribed certain antibiotics to be taken, then, by all means, take them and please, don't neglect this, they are extremely important in order to reduce rosacea redness and other symptoms that may be affecting your skin on the long run!

Now, besides using oral antibiotics such as tetracycline, your doctor may also prescribe creams and lotions for dealing with rosacea symptoms, these are important as well, and to reduce redness rapidly, I highly recommend that you apply the following homemade cream, it has worked for my friend and it will definitely work for you as well.

Just remember this:

Homemade remedies are not that strong when it comes to rosacea, although some types of oils tend to be very powerful against bacteria and against other pathogens that may be a direct cause of rosacea, I don't recommend using them, and I only recommend using antibiotics the right way, the way your doctor has prescribed, to deal with this problem at first, then, you can use these oils and essential nutrients to help your body deal with this problem much more efficiently.

Another very important thing to do is to cut down on alcohol.

Indeed, alcohol seems to increase rosacea symptoms in most people, so, stay away from it.

You should also stay away from sunlight as much as possible, especially during the day where it's strongest.

It's because UV rays will damage your fragile skin and may also increase rosacea redness dramatically.

So, use the following recipe every day in order to deal with your rosacea redness very easily and efficiently:

In a double boiler, melt two tablespoons of coconut oil or cream to which you are going to two drops of tea tree oil and one teaspoon of argan oil.

Now, every day, I want you to apply this cream or oil to your rosacea infected area, don't use a lot, just some few drops, it's more than enough to moisturize your skin and help you get rid of the redness very quickly.
