The best tea for clear skin

In this post, I'm going to share with you the best tea to get clear skin, it's definitely one of the healthiest if not the healthiest tea you can consume on a daily basis, most importantly, I'm also going to share with you a very important technique that you need to use in order to not only get all the beneficial compounds found in this tea to your skin, but to also decrease inflammations and pimples in your skin tremendously.

So, without further ado, the best tea to get a clear skin is: white tea.

I know that I have talked about white tea for a very long time in this website, in fact, from time to time, when I write an article about the best tea to use for your skin, I will definitely mentioned white tea, but when it comes to getting a clear skin, with very few pimples, inflammations, itchiness, scales, and spots, the best tea to use is definitely, white.

What I like about white tea is that it's very rich not only in antioxidants, but most importantly in anti-inflammatory compounds.

You must understand that inflammations are the number one cause of most skin troubles, when you have inflammations; it means that your body is fighting off diseases and other skin problems that are not only harming your overall health, but are also harming your skin and making it look pale and very weak!

So, the more anti-inflammatory a beverage is, the better it will be for your skin, and one very important thing to add about white tea is that it's very soothing, in other words, it will relax your muscles, remove tensions in your body and makes your skin very elastic and beautiful in touch and in complexion as well, all these are fantastic when it comes to having a clear skin that's free of diseases and problems as well.

However, most people make huge mistakes when preparing white tea, especially for their skin.

They think that throwing a teabag in boiling water is more than enough to get amazing results, well, it doesn't work this way!

If you want to have amazing results, you need to prepare white tea in a very precise manner:

And here it is:

First, never use boiling water; it will definitely damage its antioxidants and most importantly, its anti-inflammatory compounds, that's why I only use warm water when preparing white tea for my skin.

The second thing is to always add some few drops of essential oil, in my case, I prefer to add one drop of peppermint oil, it's very rich in anti-inflammatory compounds as well, and most importantly, it will give your skin a fantastic glow and health.

Now, here is the most critical part: don't use artificial sweeteners, they are terrible for your health because they are filled with preservatives and other damaging chemicals, and even most importantly, avoid using sugars, I've already talked about this in many of my previous posts, you need to avoid using sugars especially when you are dealing with skin problems and inflammations because they are simply going to increase them!

So, drink your tea with either date sugar or honey, it's much better and much healthier, and please, don't forget to add one drop of lavender or peppermint oil, they are my favorites when it comes to making my skin look radiant and fantastically beautiful.
