How to use aloe vera for rosacea

In this post, I'm going to show you how to use aloe vera for rosacea, not to heal it, but to lower its symptoms and to make your skin moisturized and able to heal faster.

The thing you have to understand about rosacea is that it's an incurable disease, in other words, it's a skin problem that will persist and will never completely disappeared!

This idea is going to scare a lot of people, but it's the truth, if you would like to get rid of rosacea, you will need to cope with it, and most importantly, you will need to follow a good treatment, most importantly, antibiotics prescribed by your doctor and he alone can give you the right ones and treatments used to lower rosacea symptoms dramatically.

As far as aloe vera, it's meant to soothe its symptoms and lower them as much as possible, but the real benefits are going to happen when you start combining aloe vera with conventional treatments you are already using.

For example, a friend of mine who was having terrible rosacea symptoms on her face and even on her neck, started following her doctor’s prescription, she began taking oral antibiotics on a daily basis, tetracycline, then, she began applying aloe vera and other soothing oils on her skin on a daily basis, which lowered her symptoms dramatically and which also gave her an amazing boost in self-esteem and self-confidence.

However, using aloe vera as is isn't going to help you, yes, it's fantastic, it has lots of soothing effects, but on its own, it's very weak!

That's why I'm going to show you the right way and most importantly the right time and right amount of aloe vera to use for your rosacea symptoms.

First of all, I don't recommend using aloe vera creams or juices! Yes, there are some people who will use aloe vera juice to lower their skin inflammations, they don't work, and they will only feed bacteria on your skin which will make the symptoms much worse!

What I recommend is using aloe vera gel that’s been designed for skin use and needs.

You should use about one tablespoon a day on your rosacea symptoms, massage very gently and please, never mix it with other ingredients, especially essential oils, you will only hurt yourself! Use aloe vera as it is, it will lower your rosacea symptoms dramatically.

  • The second thing to do is to apply a healing argan oil preparation:

Argan oil is extremely beneficial as well for rosacea, and it will lower its symptoms dramatically when used in combination with other essential oils, and if you are suffering from mild to severe rosacea, you should mix five teaspoons of argan oil with two teaspoons of rosehip oil, apply only some few drops a day to your face and other affected area, and you are done.

Within a few weeks, you will notice huge improvements in your symptoms, and to know more about using other techniques and diet plans for rosacea, why don't you check my previous posts on this subject, they will help you a lot.
