The best herbs for rosacea

There are many herbs you can use for rosacea, but unfortunately, most of them are never going to work!

That's why I'm going to show you only herbs that will work for rosacea, in other words, they will slow down its symptoms and decrease inflammations and pimples dramatically.

However, before doing anything, you have to consult with your doctor as rosacea is an incurable skin disease, in other words, it's permanent in your skin, and unless you use the big guns, antibiotics that your doctor will prescribe to you, you will never get rid of it!

Indeed, your doctor is going to prescribe antibiotics to be taken orally in order to get rid of symptoms quickly, however in order to help your skin deal with this inflammatory disease much more efficiently, you can use the following herbs, they are very important and will help your skin dramatically.

  • The first and probably the most important herb used for rosacea is green tea.

I know that this is going to surprise most of you, after all, we all know about green tea and its health properties, but what you probably don't know is that green tea is very powerful when it comes to your skin, especially if you are suffering from rosacea.

So, I'm not going to recommend that you drink green tea, this is very obvious and it's going to help you a lot since green tea is a very powerful anti-inflammatory beverage which is good for your heart and your arteries as well!

Instead, I'm going to ask you to use matcha green tea, which is just ground green tea leaves, on your skin.

So, first, start by grinding one teaspoon of green tea leaves, they must be very fine, if you have the means, you should definitely buy matcha, although it's a little expensive, I really recommend that you use it for your rosacea.

Now, mix your one teaspoon of matcha with one teaspoon of water, then, start applying on your rosacea inflamed area.

Keep on your skin for at least one hour and then rinse using water.

You should do this at least once every day for thirty days.

  • The second herb to use for rosacea is broccoli!

Yep, I'm talking about broccoli, please, don't close this post, I'm completely serious here!

I know that this is going to surprise most of you, but broccoli is actually a very healthy "herb" for your skin, in fact, it's one of the healthiest vegetables you can use on your skin, and this is how to use it for rosacea:

Slice little pieces of broccoli stems and apply them to your rosacea affected area for just 5 to 15 minutes every single day! It's this easy!

Trust me, you will notice a fantastic decrease in inflammations and pain levels very quickly because broccoli contains a powerful compound called sulforaphane which is just amazing when it comes to inflammations and even cancer, and this is the reason why if you have children, you should "force" them to eat broccoli, it's fantastic for our health.

  • The third herb to use for rosacea is berries.

And here, I'm talking about blackberries.

I want you to crush a handful of berries and apply them to your rosacea affected areas.

I'm really serious and this will help you a lot, use it as with broccoli, but the only difference is that berries are very moisturizing and will lower symptoms much more quickly, however, they may add a purplish color to your skin, so, better use them at night before going to bed.

If you have a question about using these herbs for rosacea, then, don't hesitate to ask me in the comment section below, I'm here to help you.
