And here, I'm talking about water!

In order to cleanse your skin and to get rid of as many toxins and pollutants as possible from your body, you need to drink a lot of water and on a daily basis, and I don't want you to do this occasionally, no!

You need to start drinking more water, I want you to drink at least three liters on a daily basis, and please, do as I do:

Every day, I drink at least three liters of water.

One liter when I wake up, another liter at lunch, and the third later before I have my dinner.

  • The second step is to cut down on meats, dairy, eggs, fish, pork and poultry.


These products are very dangerous for your skin, not only that, they are also extremely damaging to your health because they contain lots of toxins, hormones that will disrupt your body, cholesterol, saturated fats, pollutants, and even worse, no fibers!

Let me tell you that fibers are the ones responsible for flushing out bad elements from your body, the ones that cause you sicknesses and other health issues!

Well, every three months, I want you to go one week without having these foods, trust me, you will feel strange about yourself, but on the other hand, you will start to notice your skin feeling amazing.

Just go to YouTube and watch videos of people talking about the best skin detox diets, you will undoubtedly find the majority talking about cutting down on these negative foods.

  • The third step is to have this smoothie:


During one week, I want you to drink this smoothie on a daily basis: half a cup of cooked kale, one teaspoon of olive oil, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of cumin, half a teaspoon of turmeric, and a pinch of black pepper.

Trust me, it doesn't taste good at all, but it's really healthy for your skin and it will get rid of as many toxins as possible.

  • The fourth step is to enjoy ground flaxseeds.


Ground flaxseeds are my number one go to food when it comes to detoxing my skin because they are so rich in fibers and omega three fatty acids, in fact, they are also extremely rich in other healthy elements that are very essential for your body.

So, every day, all year long, eat two tablespoons a day of ground flaxseeds, this is a must.

  • And the fifth step is to apply clay, multani mitti for example.


Multani mitti, the clay I use once a week, is very rich and will help your sensitive skin areas, especially your face, dramatically.

So, if you are suffering from pimples or other skin problems, you should apply a good clay on a weekly basis, it will improve your skin tone and blood circulation dramatically.
