Green tea for oily skin

There are so many recipes to use green tea for oily skin, unfortunately, most of them requires using green tea extracts, which I don't believe is necessary or even healthy!

So, today, I would like to show you how to use green tea the right way for your oily skin, trust me, it will get rid of this nasty problem very quickly.

  • The first thing you need to understand is that using green tea is very powerful at bringing balance and harmony to your skin.


Yes, your skin is probably oily because there are some bacteria proliferating on it and causing it to produce more sebum in order to protect itself. Sebum is the fatty substance that makes your skin oily.

In order to get rid of the symptoms, you need to increase your immune system’s strength and abilities, in other words, you need to boost your immune function.

And green tea is fantastic for achieving this, it will lower these problems much more quickly while also getting rid of bacteria in your intestines and system which are probably the ones causing your oily skin in the first place.

Sometimes, you may be eating too much fatty foods; fried foods in general are very bad for people with oily skin because they are going to increase sebum production and also contribute to hair loss and other skin damages and problems as well!

I know that this is not a surprise, but green tea is fantastic and it will cleanse your body from the inside, which is going to lower your oily skin symptoms dramatically.

Every day, drink healthy green tea, but please, don't exceed one tea bag with warm water, never use hot water, and please, stop adding sugar or other sweeteners your green tea, they will contribute to inflammations and they will decrease its efficiency when it comes to your oily skin.

Every day, drink one cup of green tea with no sugar and no nothing added to it, enjoy it this way, and just after three weeks, it will start bringing balance and health to your skin again.

  1. The second recipe is when you have oily face.


This is very important to use as it will also reduce your oily symptoms dramatically.

If you have an oily skin, especially your face, then you can use the following mask; it will get rid of the symptoms quickly as well:

Use multani mitti powder, two tablespoons, with one teaspoon of green tea powder, mix very well, and add to them one drop of tea tree oil and two tablespoons of rose water or warm water.

And apply to your face from 2 to 3 times a week for at least forty-five minutes, then, rinse using warm water.

Within just two weeks, your skin is going to become balanced and healthy again.
