It's because whenever I ask people about their daily routines, water is usually ignored, and in fact, most people think that drinking water is not that "important"!

I say this because I have talked with hundreds of people, especially women, who think that they are getting enough water from juices, coffee, tea, and even from foods!

Well, you are not getting enough water!

The proof is that when you go to the bathroom, your urine is usually yellowish and even a bit orange!

It means that it's highly concentrated, and if it's smelly, then, you are putting your health at great risks!

Every day, I want you to drink at least three liters of water, this is a must and it's nonnegotiable, if you try to "cheat" this technique, then, you are simply going to harm yourself, not only your facial skin, but your whole body as well.

  • The next step is to enjoy quality clay.


One of the most important steps you need to take on a weekly basis in order to keep your facial skin glowing and looking very healthy and amazing as well is to enjoy healthy clay, and here, I'm talking about multani mitti.

Every week, I prepare the following multani mitti recipe for my facial skin, and it's fantastic, it makes me feel amazing and it's also very healthy for blood circulation.

Take two tablespoons of quality powdered multani mitti and add to them two tablespoons of rose water, then, one drop of tea tree oil and half a teaspoon of argan oil.

Mix everything with your hands and then clean your face using your favorite face wash and apply generously.

Wait for at least forty-five minutes before rinsing everything and your face is going to look amazing on a weekly basis.

  • Now, the third step: using quality treatments for pimples and other skin problems.


You see, when you get acne or different pimples, you need to act quickly, if you don't, you are risking a lot and you will be damaging your skin if you decide to use aggressive chemicals.

So, every time you have pimples and problems in your face skin, I want you to prepare the following oil mixture:

Take one teaspoon of argan oil and add to it two drops of tea tree oil, then, using a cotton ball, apply to your face, this will not only protect it, but it will increase its beauty and get rid of pimples and other troubles very quickly.
