How to use rosehip tea for your skin

Today, I'm going to talk about a very dear subject to me; it's using rosehip tea for skin.

I know that most people don't know about this amazing ingredient, but I really think that they are missing on a lot of nutrition and a lot of protection for both their skins and their hairs as well.

Yes, the recipes I'm going to share with you today are also going to work for your hair, so, you can apply them for both your skin and hair, they will work the same way.

  • So, why should you use rosehip tea for your skin?

Simply because it's going to add lots of protection and a lot of nutrition to it, most importantly, rosehip tea is a fantastically strong and powerful antiseptic and anti-inflammatory beverage.

In other words, if you are suffering from inflammations, itchiness, even hair loss or burns, you can apply just some few drops topically, on your skin, and you will feel amazing within just some few minutes of using it.

However, most people don't know how to use rosehip tea for their skins, they think that drinking this beverage every single day and applying some few drops is more than enough, well, it's not, you need a very important and somehow secret ingredient that nearly most people don't know about!

Is a fatty substance!

Yes, I'm talking about an oil, and in my situation, I use argan oil, since I have it here in Morocco very cheaply and of greater quality as well, but most people don't, that's why I really advise you to start adding some few drops of almond oil to your rosehip tea before using it on your skin, and the reason why is simple to understand:

You see, fatty substances are going to absorb volatile molecules very easily, and these molecules are the ones we are interested in when we want to use rosehip tea, because they are the ones which add lots of nutrition to our skin and protection as well.

And needless to tell you that if you decide to use either argan oil or almond oil, you are going to get a lot of nutrition from these fatty substances too.

  • So, how can you use rosehip tea for your skin?

It's very easy to understand and use:

First, start by brewing rosehip tea, always in warm water, never use hot water, it going to destroy the amazing nutrients found in this herb.

When you are done, add five or six drops of almond or argan oil and wait at least fifteen minutes, this is extremely important to make these fatty acids absorb the nutrition and volatile molecules found in rosehip tea.

Then, when you are done, using a teaspoon, take the oil and apply it to your affected skin area.

I know, this idea is going to sound so weird and so strange, but please use it, it works, and it's amazing, it will protect your skin, make it look healthy and wrinkles and pimples free.

Of course, you should not throw away the remaining liquid, you should drink it instead, after all, it's rosehip tea.
