The best tea for your skin

I've been asked this question so many times that I needed to write a post about it: what is the best tea for my skin?

Well, I'm going to answer it once and for all in these few paragraphs:

The best tea for your skin is definitely white tea.

I know that most of you are going to doubt this and think that probably the best tea for your skin is definitely green tea, but I disagree!

Although green tea is fantastically healthy not only for your skin, but also for your cardiovascular and nervous system, I think that white tea is much more powerful because it has not been fermented a lot.

If you know a little about tea making, you will understand that green tea has been fermented a little, whereas, white tea hasn't been fermented a lot, only for some few hours, this leaves the tea leaves very rich in antioxidants and most importantly, in antibacterial and antifungal properties.

Most importantly, white tea is also very rich in aromas and active molecules, which makes it one of my favorite teas to enjoy, and if you would like to get an amazing skin, you need to prepare white tea in a very particular way!

Although you may be drinking white tea, you are probably not getting all its amazing nutrients for your skin because you are simply doing one thing the wrong way!

Adding sugar!

As you may already know, tea in general, especially white tea, is filled with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, this makes it one of the healthiest and most powerful beverages not only for your cardiovascular system, but for also making your skin radiant, healthy, and very beautiful as well, however, when you add sugar, which is pro-inflammatory, it's going to lower its effects and even worse, it's going to make tea harmful for your health and particularly for your skin!

Indeed, drinking tea with sugar is bad for your health because you do not only use empty calories, but it's also going to increase inflammations in your body and particularly in your skin.

That's why I don't recommend my readers to add sugar to their tea preparations, especially if they have skin issues.

What to do?

It's quite easy, if you would like to have an amazing health, especially when it comes to your skin, you need to prepare your white tea without sugar, and when you are done, add two slices of lemon.

Trust me, lemon is going to increase its antioxidants' activities and content and will also make your skin look fantastically beautiful.

This is definitely the best tea to use for your skin, if you have a question, don't hesitate to post it in the section below, I will be very glad to answer it very quickly, especially when it comes to white tea and how to use it for your skin, I know a lot about this subject because I use it every single day.
