As mentioned before, eating berries, especially black and blue berries on a weekly basis or even daily basis if you can find them is much better in my opinion that drinking grape wine for your skin because it's not going to add a lot of nutrients and a lot of benefits, whereas following a healthy diet that's very poor in saturated fats and very rich in fibers is immensely much more beneficial.
