Hibiscus tea for your skin

Today, I would like to talk about a very simple solution you can apply on a daily basis, it consists of using hibiscus tea for your skin, trust me, it's very easy, convenient, and will give you amazing results very quickly.

  • The first thing we are going to talk about is why use hibiscus tea for your skin?

Simply because it has lots of antioxidants!

There are so many studies done on different beverages to determine which one has the most antioxidants, and hibiscus tea is by far the richest!

You can read the following study: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2841576/pdf/1475-2891-9-3.pdf

Well, these antioxidants are extremely important for your skin because they are going to prevent premature aging while also getting rid of wrinkles and other weakness symptoms very quickly.

Do I recommend using hibiscus tea for your skin?

In other words, for young people?

Of course yes, hibiscus tea is also very powerful against brown spots, acne pimples, and even for giving your skin a fantastic glow and health.

  • Now, let's discover how you can use this fantastic beverage for your skin.

There are two main techniques; the first one consists of drinking hibiscus tea, prepared properly for your skin.

Whereas the second one relies on applying hibiscus tea onto your skin directly, which is going to give you the best and the quickest results as well.

So, to prepare the best hibiscus tea for your skin, you will need the following ingredients:

One hibiscus teabag, two drops of almond oil, and NO sugar!

Of course, you will need water.

Almond oil is extremely important because most of hibiscus' antioxidants are fat soluble, in other words, they are going to be absorbed by the almond oil and then used by your liver very easily and efficiently.

This is very important because if you don't use fat, you will end up peeing a lot of these fantastic antioxidants out!

So, start first by warming water, never use hot water with hibiscus tea, it's very damaging to its antioxidants.

Then, brew your one hibiscus teabag for just some few minutes and then add your drops of almond oil and please, don't use sugar or honey, as these are pro-inflammatory substances, in other words, they are going to cause inflammations in your skin instead of getting rid of them!

Nowadays, I have stopped adding sugar or honey to my drinks, in fact, I had even stopped eating junk and other sugary treats and foods as they are loaded with chemicals that are extremely harmful to my body, sugar is also very dangerous for our overall health, not just our skin.

So, the less you use, the more you will feel good.

Drink this beverage every single day and your skin is going to improve dramatically, trust me, I have been drinking hibiscus tea for my skin for the last three months, and it's fantastic, my skin is glowing, clear, and extremely resistant to diseases and infections, in fact, last time I got slightly burned in the kitchen, it took me less than one month to heal completely!

This is just to show you that hibiscus tea is very powerful when it comes to your skin's health.

  • The second technique relies on using hibiscus tea directly onto your skin.

To do this, I don't recommend brewing hibiscus, what you can do is empty one teabag, mix the dried hibiscus flowers with just two teaspoons of warm water, add some few drops of almond oil, usually no more than three, and mix with a teaspoon, then, apply directly onto your inflamed or affected skin, especially if you have pimples or brown spots, it's very powerful.

Then, cover with a band aid.

And this is the best way you can use hibiscus tea for your skin.
