How to care for your skin

It's not very difficult to care for your skin, you just need the right steps, the right advice and ingredients, and this is what I'm going to show you in this post.

So, today, I'm going to share with you the best advice I've learned about caring for my skin, they are very important not only for your skin, but also for your whole body.

So, without further ado, here they are:

  • The first step to care for your skin is to enjoy berries.


This is something that happened to me almost 15 years ago, I was having terrible skin and terrible health, I felt horrible every single day, depressed and sad for no reason, and always blaming other people for my troubles!

Well, fast forward, five years ago, when I met my husband, always cheerful, happy, and making fun of my mood!

Well, he also noticed one very important thing: my skin looked terrible!

And he advised me to start doing this: every day, he asked me to drink the juice of three carrots!

I did, and within just some few weeks, my skin looked a thousand times better!

It was so obvious that women would stop me and tell me that my skin looks amazing and that they wanted advice about what I was doing!

This is very important what I'm going to tell you here, and it's going to make your skin look amazing:

Fruits and vegetables are your friends!

They are very rich in beta carotene and other essential nutrients for your health, and to care properly for your skin, you have to consume fruits on a daily basis, and from my research, the best ones are berries, especially blue and black berries.

Strawberries are also very delicious and healthy as well.

So, every day, I want you to munch on at least one handful of blueberries or even better, black berries, they are very important for caring for your skin.

And if you don't have the means to get black berries or blueberries, like me right now, it's because I live in Morocco and they are not just expensive, but they can't be found anywhere!

I tend to use, or I should say replace, berries with carrot juice.

Every day, have at least half a cup of carrot juice or good carrot smoothie, it's very important and will make your skin look fantastic.

  • The second step is to drink plenty of water.


Of course, I'm going to talk about water, in fact, I've been talking about water ever since I started advising people on skin issues.

You should really watch your water intake, and if you are not drinking at least three liters a day, then, you are wasting many opportunities to care for your skin and to maintain it healthy looking.

So, every day, I want you to drink at least three liters of water, and this is during winter time, however, when it's summertime, then you should probably drink five liters of water, or at least try.

  • The third step is to be ready!


What I mean by being ready is that you should always think about the real causes of your skin issues.

If you like to really care for your skin, you have to be conscious about it.

For example, whenever I have trouble with my skin, I use Google, I search for the symptoms and most importantly, I try to look for other people's experiences and opinions with my issue, and this is very valuable and will help you not only maintain your skin looking amazing, but also prevent different troubles and different diseases as well.

So, use the internet, it's very valuable in terms of knowledge, but remembers, you have to be a little critical, because most of the information you are going to find is pretty useless.

  • And the fourth step is to cut down on meat, dairy, eggs, and fish.


Yes, if you would like your skin to stay great looking, free from pimples and other damaging skin issues, then, you have to care for it the right way, and to do so, you have to cut down on these foods!

They are not only very bad for your skin, but they are also very damaging for your overall health since they cause constipation, high levels of cholesterol and blood pressure, and even worse, they clog your arteries which may cause stress, strokes, heart problems, and even death!

Lower the intake of these foods as much as possible, and instead, try to get your protein and your essential minerals from beans, legumes, lentils, vegetables and fruits etc.
