How to deal with rosacea in children

There are so many home remedies that will promise you fantastic solutions when it comes to rosacea, unfortunately, most of them don't work, so, in this post, I'm going to show you how to deal with rosacea in children, the right way!

I've already talked about a friend of mine who used to have rosacea and who got rid of most of its symptoms by just following her doctor’s recommendations and prescription antibiotics. Well, I want you to do the same with your child!

If your child is indeed suffering from rosacea then: don't try to use home remedies, don't try to go cheap on this dangerous skin problem, and in fact, go ahead and consult with a dermatologist as soon as possible!

In fact, your child should be your first and most important priority, don't try to find home cures, they don't work and they will never work with rosacea, especially with children because this skin problem is going to keep developing and spreading to different areas of his or her skin, especially nose, eyes, and even ears and the neck!

I don't want you to panic, what I want you to do is to think clearly here and to avoid using home remedies because they don't work, the only thing that works for rosacea, especially in children, is to consult a dermatologist, he or she will prescribe the right antibiotics, because trust me, as with my friend, they are the only ones which will give you amazing results and reduce its symptoms dramatically.

As far as home remedies, they are only used to moisturize the skin and lower inflammations, and the best one is definitely the following:

Argan oil with two drops of lavender oil or even better, two drops of rose hip oil, using a cotton ball, start massaging the affected area just to increase its moisturization and its resistance to this skin problem.

The next thing to do is to avoid spicy foods, saturated fats, fish, pork, poultry, sugar, and acidic foods as much as possible, refined starches should also be avoided as they contain pure sugar which is going to simply increase inflammations in his or her body.

Of course, following a good diet while also restricting spicy and sugary foods as much as possible while following your doctor's prescription is going to reduce the symptoms tremendously, but in the end, rosacea is an incurable skin disease, it will always persist in your child, and the only way to get rid of the symptoms is to deal with them while they are first starting, and to reduce them as much as possible.
