The best diet for glowing skin

You are going to discover in this post the best diet for glowing skin, it's very easy and when you start following it, you will ask yourself why you haven't done it a long time ago!

So, what's the best diet for glowing skin?

Take the following steps on a daily basis, and you will be probably following the best diet not only for glowing skin, but for a perfect body, that's trim, healthy, and resistant to diseases, more importantly, your skin is going to look amazing every single day.

So, without further ado, let's discuss the most important steps:

  • The first one is to drink a lot of water.

Throughout my posts, you are going to find me always referring to this advice, always asking people to drink more water and to be always on the lookout for dehydration!

I know that this is going to sound like a very simple "technique", but it's not, it's extremely essential, and if you are not drinking enough water on a daily basis, then, your skin is going to look just terrible, weak, scaly, and very pale looking!

So, how much water do you need on a daily basis for glowing skin?

At least, a minimum of three liters a day.

And here, I'm talking about wintertime, and when i it's summer, then, try to drink at least five liters a day.

This is what I do on a daily basis, when it's winter:

When I wake up, I drink one liter of water, before doing anything and before even opening my eyes completely, this is very important because my body has been dehydrated for a very long time, more than eight hours and it needs water immediately.

The second time I drink water is before lunch, one liter as well, and this is very important as it's going to limit mind food cravings tremendously.

And of course, the third liter should be drunk before dinner, which should be at around eight or seven.

Do this, and your skin will start improving almost immediately.

  • The second step is to have lots of fibers.

By fibers, I mean two amazing products: whole wheat/ grain products, and flaxseeds.

Every day, I have lots of whole wheat bread, and at dinner, I either have quinoa, couscous, or whole wheat pasta. Sometimes, I can even have barley, which taste amazing and is very healthy.

Why is fiber very important for glowing skin?

Simply because it's going to cleanse your body from different toxins and pollutants that are causing your skin to dwindle and look terrible!

  • The third step is to enjoy fruits as much as possible.

Fruits are your friends, stop thinking about them in terms of calories, in fact, whatever fruits you are going to eat, no matter the amount; it's never going to make you fat!

It's simply because fruits are loaded with antioxidants which are so valuable to your body that it uses them almost immediately to prevent DNA damages and free radicles rapidly.

So, every day, enjoy lots of fruits, at least five, and make at least one of them a handful of berries, preferably blue or blackberries.

These fruits tend to be the highest in terms of antioxidants and are also very yummy.

  • Now, the fourth step, I want you to cut down on meat, dairy and poultry as much as you can.

I only eat meat once or twice a year, no more than this, and on special occasions too, I do this because meat is very dangerous and toxic for our health and skin, that's why I try to avoid it as much as possible.

And you should do the same in order to make your skin not only glowing, but very healthy and strong; you have to cut down on meat, dairy, eggs, poultry, pork, and even fish!

Fish used to be a very healthy food because it contains powerful long chain omega three fatty acids, but it is no longer the case!

It's because our oceans and rivers are extremely polluted now, and when you eat fish, you are also going to get this pollutants, which are concentrated in its fat, into your system!

  • Now, the fifth step is to take the following supplements:

These are not really your usual supplements; they are more essential vitamins and nutrients that your body doesn't a lot of from your diet.

And they are:

Vitamin B12, you have to take at least 2500 micrograms a week.

Vitamin D3, at least 2000 UI a day.

And algae DHA, which is a long chain omega-3 acid that comes from algae and not fish, in fact, fish gets it from the same algae, so, you cut the middle "fish" and get your DHA from a clean source which has been raised in clean water.

You should take 200 milligrams a day.

This is the best diet for glowing skin, I'm sure you will get amazing results as well, and if you have a question, don't hesitate to ask me, I'm here to help you.
